How our Cash Back on New Homes Program Works
When a Realtor refers a buyer to a new home builder, the builder typically pays a 3% commission to the Realtor. Texas Home Site simply rebates 2% of the 3% commission back to the buyer. Your rebate is a portion of the sales commission earned by Alfred Vega - Texas Home Site, and does not interfere with any other incentives the builder is offering new home buyers. Steps to qualify for 2% New Home Rebate
Register online -let us know you intend to use our services. Please be sure to tell builder representative that you are working with Texas Home Site.
Print Registration Form / Letter of Intent - Always present registration form to the on-site salesperson on your first visit and tell them you are working with an agent. Please find out if your agent needs to be present on the first visit before you register.
Visit new home communities and register Texas Home Site, Alfred Vega - Broker as your agent.
Call us before you sign a contract. Make sure that Texas Home Site, Alfred Vega Broker appears on the sales contract.
Close on your new home and receive your 2% rebate.
| Rebate Qualification Guidelines: Rebates may be applied to loan closing costs or taken as a check after closing and funding. Buyers must be represented by Texas Home Site, as Realtor. Rebate offer is based on a minimum 3% commission to be paid by builder. Commission to be paid on base price or full sales price as per new home builder's policy. Rebates are only available in Texas and only with builders who do not require a Realtor to be present on first visit.
